OK, I absolutely have to get my hands on a copy of the book Non Campus Mentis one of these days. For those who haven’t heard of it, it’s a collection of mistakes taken verbatim from college students’ essays, almost all of them absolutely hilarious– something along the lines of Richard Lederer’s infamous “World According to Student Bloopers“, done with some refreshingly new material. Read a few samples here and here to see why the book’s gotten such good reviews– seriously, you just can’t make this stuff up.

That book is so good! Have you heard of the ‘Sarah Desert’? (That being where the Egyptians lived. Also they traveled by Camelot and made the pyramids in the shape of a giant triangular cube.) I have a friend who knows it by heart 😉
